Checking solenoid valves for camshaft adjustment: Audi A8 D3 3.0 (ASN, BBJ)

Fits: Audi A8 D3 (4E, 2002–2010)

📋 Procedure

1. Under selection menu (1) select the diagnostic function "“03 - Final control diagnosis”".
2. Press the button → until the camshaft control valve 1N205 is actuated.
3. Press the button → until the camshaft control valve 2N208 is actuated.
4. Exit function "“03 - Final control diagnosis”" by pressing the ← key.
5. Switch off ignition.

6. Perform electrical test of camshaft control valves .
7. Under selection menu (1) select the diagnostic function "“03 - Final control diagnosis”".
8. Press the button → until the camshaft control valve 1 (exhaust)N318 is actuated.
9. Press the button → until the camshaft control valve 2 (exhaust)N319 is actuated.
10. Exit function "“03 - Final control diagnosis”" by pressing the ← key.
11. Switch off ignition.
12. Perform electrical test of camshaft control valves .
