📋 Procedure
- Disconnect connector (1) on air mass meter G70.
- Detach air intake hose at air mass meter G70.
- Unscrew the two bolts on air mass meter. Carefully pull air mass meter out of guide on upper part of air filter. [Note: If the air filter element is very dirty or wet, dirt or water could reach the air mass meter G70 and affect the air mass value. This would lead to loss of power, since a smaller injection quantity is calculated.Always use genuine part for air filter element Electronic Parts Catalogue.Use a silicone-free lubricant to install the intake hose.Hose connections and hoses must be free of oil and grease before assembly.Install only approved clips to secure hose connections (Electronic Parts Catalogue).]

Who makes these pages, and how
TorqFix was built by a mechanic — after a 2,700 km drive with five roadside repairs that no diagnostic tool could explain.
The figures on this page come from manufacturer workshop documentation and are shown as they are. The page is assembled automatically from that data — it is not written by an AI. The AI works in the chat, where it answers for your specific car. It writes nothing here.
Variants of the same model differ. Cross-check torque against the factory manual for your engine before final tightening.
