V113
on vehicles with
air flow flap control motor
V71
Note
The colour coding of the connecting element on the control motor is being gradually discontinued from 10.2013 for the manufacturer-installed connecting elements and for those supplied as a spare part. Moreover, the connecting elements for the control motors supplied as a spare part are no longer pre-assembled

and

.
The control motors and the corresponding connecting elements are different. However, the differences are so small in some cases that they cannot always be recognised at first glance. If a version other than the intended control motor or connecting element is installed, this usually only leads to problems during subsequent basic setting

Caution
Problems with air conditioner (heater) operation following installation of incorrect component versions
The different control motor versions can only be distinguished from the outside based on their part numbers
Where possible, only remove a control motor once the new component is available for installation.
Prior to installation, check carefully to ensure that the correct control motor is being installed.
If possible, only dispose of the removed components once correct operation of the newly installed components has been checked.

Who makes these pages, and how
TorqFix was built by a mechanic — after a 2,700 km drive with five roadside repairs that no diagnostic tool could explain.
The figures on this page come from manufacturer workshop documentation and are shown as they are. The page is assembled automatically from that data — it is not written by an AI. The AI works in the chat, where it answers for your specific car. It writes nothing here.
Variants of the same model differ. Cross-check torque against the factory manual for your engine before final tightening.
Seen a figure that does not match your manual? Write to us — we correct it and note when. support@torqfix.com
