Replacing components
All components of the refrigerant circuit sent for quality evaluation should be properly closed (use the original plugs of the replacement part).
Genuine replacement parts (air conditioning compressor, collection tank, liquid tank, evaporator and condenser) are filled with nitrogen. However, the gas gradually leaks out, causing the pressure to decrease to the point that when initially opening the component, no gas outflow is detected.
In vehicles equipped with an air conditioning compressor without

) the engine should only run with the refrigerant circuit empty for the amount of time that is strictly necessary, as the compressor will operate continuously. The engine speed must not exceed 2500 rpm. However, in vehicles equipped with an air conditioning compressor with

Air conditioning pressure switch

will check for the presence of refrigerant gas in the loop and switch off the

) with an empty refrigerant circuit, the equipment is equipped with a device to ensure the oil supply. This means that 40 to 50 cm

of refrigerant gas oil remains in the air conditioning compressor.
Do not start the engine with the refrigerant circuit open.
