- The hose connection (2) and pop-up cylinder (1) must engage audibly.
📋 Procedure
- Switch off ignition and all electrical consumers, and remove ignition key.
- Pull spray jet (2) together with cap (1) out of bumper cover to stop.
- Unclip cover cap (1) from mounting points (arrows) on spray jet retainer.
- Remove front bumper cover General body repairs, exterior63Front bumper; Removing and installing bumper cover.
- Pull hose connection (2) off pop-up cylinder (1).
- Release both locking elements in (direction of arrow).
- Pull pop-up cylinder (1) out of guide.
- Remove pop-up cylinder (1).
- The hose connection (2) and pop-up cylinder (1) must engage audibly.
- Clip hose (1) into clip (2).
- Clip hose (1) into guide (arrow).
- On completion of installation work, bleed headlight washer system .
