📋 Procedure

  1. Before doing so, insert washer into clutch housing.
  2. Before setting up pulling device, set thrust plate40 - 105 on differential housing. [Note: Instead of using the internal puller 46 … 58 mmKukko 21/7, it is also possible to use the internal puller 56 … 70 mmKukko 21/8.]
  3. ⚠ Wear protective gloves! — Support gearbox housing with tube3345 directly below bearing support.
  4. Drive spring pin (A) out of hole (arrow) in differential cage using mandrel, 5 mm in diameter (B). [Note: If there is no hole (arrow) in the differential cage, then proceed as follows in order to drive out the spring pin:Cover tapered roller bearing inner race to prevent possible damage and ingress of metal particles.Drive out spring pin with chisel, inserting chisel into circumferential groove.]

Who makes these pages, and how

TorqFix was built by a mechanic — after a 2,700 km drive with five roadside repairs that no diagnostic tool could explain.

The figures on this page come from manufacturer workshop documentation and are shown as they are. The page is assembled automatically from that data — it is not written by an AI. The AI works in the chat, where it answers for your specific car. It writes nothing here.

Variants of the same model differ. Cross-check torque against the factory manual for your engine before final tightening.

Seen a figure that does not match your manual? Write to us — we correct it and note when. support@torqfix.com
