Note
The vehicle must be fuelled with the diesel fuel appropriate for the time of the year. Summer diesel fuel may coagulate (flock) at low winter temperatures.
Diesel fuel sold in the summer is guaranteed to be capable of filtration down to 0°C.
Diesel fuel sold in the summer/winter transition is guaranteed to be capable of filtration down to -10°C.
Diesel fuel sold in the winter is guaranteed to be capable of filtration down to -20°C.
Test sample, if unsure in winter.
Expose sample to low ambient temperature for approx. 1 hour.
If the fuel coagulates (flocks) at temperatures down to -20°C, it is unsuitable for low temperatures. This coagulation may block the strainer in the fuel delivery unit as well as the fuel filter.

Who makes these pages, and how

TorqFix was built by a mechanic — after a 2,700 km drive with five roadside repairs that no diagnostic tool could explain.

The figures on this page come from manufacturer workshop documentation and are shown as they are. The page is assembled automatically from that data — it is not written by an AI. The AI works in the chat, where it answers for your specific car. It writes nothing here.

Variants of the same model differ. Cross-check torque against the factory manual for your engine before final tightening.

Seen a figure that does not match your manual? Write to us — we correct it and note when. support@torqfix.com
