📋 Procedure

Preparation and removal

1. Remove the engine upper cover
2. Remove the air hose between the turbocharger and the air filter
3. Remove the bolt shown
4. Remove the intercooler pipe
5. Remove the filler plug

6. Remove the oxygen sensor
7. Remove the turbocharger heat shield
8. Remove the catalytic converter heat shield(s)
9. Disconnect the pressure line(s)
10. Remove the overflow pipe
11. Disconnect the additive tank filling kit filler pipe from the additive tank filler pipe

Installation and checks

12. Reconnect the pressure line(s)
13. Refit the bolt shown
14. Refit the engine lower cover
15. Follow the instructions on the screen of the diagnostic tool
16. Refit the filler plug
17. Refit the level plug
18. Reset the additive system
19. Use the diagnostic tool
