🧭 Before you start
Fits: Audi A3 (8P, 2003–2012)
- Renewed: tandem pump gaskets
Don't miss
- Renew tandem pump gaskets.Secure all hose connections with the correct type of hose clips (same as original equipment) Electronic parts catalogue.Ensure proper seating of tandem pump actuator in camshaft.

- ⚠ The fuel system is pressurised. Wrap a cloth around the connection before opening the system. Then release pressure by carefully loosening the connection. In extreme cases the temperature of the fuel lines and the fuel can be up to 100 °C after the engine is switched off. Allow the fuel to cool down before disconnecting the lines - danger of scalding.Wear protective gloves.Wear safety goggles. — Pull off fuel supply hose (2) (white marking) and fuel return hose (1) (blue marking) from tandem pump.

Who makes these pages, and how
TorqFix was built by a mechanic — after a 2,700 km drive with five roadside repairs that no diagnostic tool could explain.
The figures on this page come from manufacturer workshop documentation and are shown as they are. The page is assembled automatically from that data — it is not written by an AI. The AI works in the chat, where it answers for your specific car. It writes nothing here.
Variants of the same model differ. Cross-check torque against the factory manual for your engine before final tightening.
Seen a figure that does not match your manual? Write to us — we correct it and note when. support@torqfix.com
