📋 Procedure

1. Remove rear noise insulation (2)General body repairs, exterior66Noise insulation; Exploded view - noise insulation.
2. ⚠ Risk of damage to flexible joint in front exhaust pipe.Do NOT bend flexible joint in front exhaust pipe more than 10°. — Loosen bolt connections (arrows) on clamp.
3. Push clamp back and lower front exhaust pipe slightly.
4. Remove nut (1). [Note: The nuts (2) are removed at a later stage.Disregard (item 3).]
5. Secure front exhaust pipe with clamp.

6. Remove plenum chamber partition panel General body repairs, exterior50Bulkhead; Exploded view - plenum chamber partition panel.
7. Take electrical connector (3) out of bracket, unplug it and move electrical wiring clear.
8. Unplug electrical connector (2), unclip pressure differential sender G505 from bracket and move clear. [Note: Disregard (item 1).]
9. Detach electrical connectors (1 and 4) from bracket and unplug. [Note: Disregard (items 2, 3).]
10. Remove nuts (arrows) and detach particulate filter from turbocharger.
11. Remove nuts (2) (accessible from above) and detach particulate filter. [Note: Disregard (item 3).] [Note: Renew seals, gaskets and self-locking nuts.]
12. Electrical connections and routing .
13. Install plenum chamber partition panel General body repairs, exterior50Bulkhead; Exploded view - plenum chamber partition panel.
14. Align the exhaust system so it is free of stress .
15. Install noise insulation General body repairs, exterior66Noise insulation; Exploded view - noise insulation.
16. After renewing particulate filter, perform Adaption in Guided Functions.
