📋 Procedure

1. Remove air filter housing with intake air duct .
2. Remove intake hose on turbocharger .
3. Remove battery tray Electrical system27Battery; Removing and installing battery tray.
4. Loosen clamp (2) of air pipe (1).
5. Unscrew bolt (3) from air pipe (1).

6. Unscrew bolt (4) from air pipe (1).
7. Pull air pipe (1) off pulsation damper as far as possible.
8. Unclip wiring harnesses and coolant hose from charge air pipe.
9. If fitted, remove noise insulation General body repairs, exterior66Noise insulation; Removing and installing noise insulation.
10. Remove connecting hose (arrow).
11. Unscrew bolts (arrows) of charge air pipe.
12. Remove air pipe downwards. [Note: Mark (1) on the connecting hose must align with mark (2) on the pulsation damper.]
