📋 Procedure

1. ⚠ If a used belt runs in the opposite direction when it is refitted, this can cause breakage.Before removing, mark direction of rotation of poly V-belt with chalk or felt-tip pen for re-installation. — Tighten bolts in the sequence (1 ... 5) in 2 stages as follows:
2. Tighten bolts hand tight.
3. Tighten bolts to 25 Nm. [Note: Bolts (1) and (2) are fitted bolts.] — 25 Nm (18 lb-ft)
4. Tighten bolts in 3 stages as follows:
5. Screw in bolts (1 ... 11) hand-tight.
6. Tighten bolts (1 ... 6) in diagonal sequence and in stages to 10 Nm. — 10 Nm (7.4 lb-ft)
7. Tighten bolts (7 ... 11) to 10 Nm. — 10 Nm (7.4 lb-ft)
