Checking gap between selector lever and solenoid for selector lever lock -N110
With selector lever in position "R", measure clearance between selector lever and selector lever lock solenoid using a feeler gauge-A-.
Specification: 0.6...1.4 mm
Adjust clearance, if necessary by moving solenoid in holes in mounting bracket.

Aligning selector housing with selector lever
After installing selector lever lock solenoid, align bottom hole of clevis centrally with solenoid and energise solenoid.
Fit selector housing (shift gate) in position. Selector lever should now be aligned with position "N" on selector housing.
After tightening selector housing mountings, shift selector lever through all positions and check that it reaches end stops at "P" and "1".

Who makes these pages, and how
TorqFix was built by a mechanic — after a 2,700 km drive with five roadside repairs that no diagnostic tool could explain.
The figures on this page come from manufacturer workshop documentation and are shown as they are. The page is assembled automatically from that data — it is not written by an AI. The AI works in the chat, where it answers for your specific car. It writes nothing here.
Variants of the same model differ. Cross-check torque against the factory manual for your engine before final tightening.
