📋 Procedure
- Insert wiper motor in wiper frame and secure it with securing bolts.
- Tighten all threaded connections to torques specified in assembly overview . [Note: After every second switch-off, the wiper motor will run slightly up over its end position (can be seen on change of direction in drive shaft) to an end position which ensures that the lip of the wiper blade is moved in the other direction. This function is called APS (alternating park position) for the wiper blades. This final position may not be used to set the wiper crank. Only the end position should be used in which the wiper motor runs directly into the final position, if necessary operate tip wipe again.A new motor crank must be used if the the motor is renewed.]

- Adjust the crank to (measurement a).

Who makes these pages, and how
TorqFix was built by a mechanic — after a 2,700 km drive with five roadside repairs that no diagnostic tool could explain.
The figures on this page come from manufacturer workshop documentation and are shown as they are. The page is assembled automatically from that data — it is not written by an AI. The AI works in the chat, where it answers for your specific car. It writes nothing here.
Variants of the same model differ. Cross-check torque against the factory manual for your engine before final tightening.
