📋 Procedure

  1. Remove front propshaft .
  2. Clamp assembly tool3213 in vice, using jaw protectors.
  3. Fix propshaft onto assembly tool3213.
  4. Remove retaining ring .
  5. Mark installation position of flange relative to front propshaft.

  1. Pull off flange with centre bearing.
  2. Press flange off centre bearing.
  3. Press new centre bearing onto flange to stop.
  4. Drive flange with centre bearing onto propshaft to stop. [Note: Observe installation position of flange.]
  5. Insert new retaining ring .
  6. Install front propshaft .
