Don't miss
- Risk of damage to the gearbox.Do not run the engine or tow the vehicle with the oil pan removed or when there is no gear oil in the gearbox. — Remove oil pan .
- The electrical wiring can be damaged.Do not pull on the electrical wiring. — Pull gearbox input speed sender G182 and clutch temperature sender G509(item A) out of gearbox together with wiring (C).
📋 Procedure
- ⚠ Risk of damage to the gearbox.Do not run the engine or tow the vehicle with the oil pan removed or when there is no gear oil in the gearbox. — Remove oil pan .
- Remove mechatronic unit for dual clutch gearbox J743.
- Remove bolt (B).
- ⚠ The electrical wiring can be damaged.Do not pull on the electrical wiring. — Pull gearbox input speed sender G182 and clutch temperature sender G509(item A) out of gearbox together with wiring (C).
- Lightly lubricate G182and G509 with gear oil.
- Insert G182 and G509 in opening on side of gearbox and secure with bolt .
- Install mechatronic unit for dual clutch gearbox J743.
- Install oil pan .
- Observe measures which have to be taken after connecting the battery Electrical system27.
- Fill up with gear oil and check gear oil level .
- Perform Basic settingvehicle diagnostic tester.
