1. Service

TorqFix provides AI-powered car diagnostic information using data from professional workshop databases. Our service is intended as a reference tool — it does not replace professional mechanical inspection.

2. Accounts

You may use TorqFix without an account (limited access) or create a free account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Subscriptions

Paid plans (Pro, Workshop) are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your profile — access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not use TorqFix to generate content for competing services, spam the API, or attempt to extract the underlying database. Normal diagnostic use is unlimited for paid subscribers.

5. Disclaimer

Diagnostic information is provided "as is". While we use professional-grade workshop data and multiple AI verification agents, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Always verify critical repairs with a qualified mechanic. TorqFix is not liable for damages resulting from following diagnostic advice.

6. Intellectual Property

Technical drawings and data are sourced from licensed databases. You may view them for personal/workshop use but may not redistribute, resell, or bulk-download them.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
