Preparation and removal
- Injector
- Locking nut
- Rocker shaft
- Remove the camshaft cover
- Use the special tool
- Align the timing marks
- Use the special tool to lock the camshaft
- Remove the rocker shaft assembly
- Discard the bolts
- Note:
- Remove the injector plate
- Remove the injectors
- Turn the engine until the injector lobe is at its maximum lift
- For cylinder No.
- Turn the adjuster fully clockwise
- As far as the stop
- Turn the crankshaft to TDC for cylinder 1
- Use a syringe
Installation and checks
- Renew the sealing washers
- Complete the procedure
- Tighten the locking nut
- For cylinder No.
- Rotate the engine 2 rotations by hand
- Check that no injector is bottoming out
