  • Use a felt-tip pen to mark installation position of bolts (2) for re-installation (bolts differ in length), and remove bolts.

📋 Procedure

  1. Remove side panel (bottom) .
  2. Remove air duct for air cleaner housing 24Air cleaner; Exploded view - air cleaner housing.
  3. Take out air duct (1) for radiator (rear) in direction of (arrow).
  4. Remove Tyre Pressure Monitoring System aerial Running gear, axles, steering44Tyre Pressure Monitoring System.

  1. Remove gearbox control unit 39Gearbox control system; Removing and installing gearbox control unit.
  2. Remove bracket for auxiliary radiator 19Radiator/radiator fans; Exploded view - auxiliary radiator.
  3. Take radiator (rear) out of mountings at bottom and move towards rear.
  4. Unscrew bolts (arrows) from bracket for side panel (top and bottom).
  5. Move electrical wiring harness (1) clear.
  6. Use a felt-tip pen to mark installation position of bolts (2) for re-installation (bolts differ in length), and remove bolts.
  7. Unscrew nuts (5) and remove bolts (4).
  8. Take out longitudinal member (top) (3) to side.
