Removing and installing door hinge, postal and courier service vehicles — AUDI

🧭 Before you start

Fits: VW Caddy IV (SA, 2015–2020)

📋 Procedure

1. Unscrew nut (5) from hinge pin.
2. Unscrew bolt (6) from hinge.
3. Remove door hinge (1).
4. Remove door .
5. Remove dash panel and central dash panel tube General body repairs, interior70Central dash panel tube; Removing and installing central dash panel tube.

6. Remove bolt (3).
7. Unscrew bolt (4) from inside.
8. Remove door hinge (2) from A-pillar.
9. Remove door .
10. Unscrew bolts (11).
11. Remove door hinge (7).
12. Remove door .
13. Remove front sill panel moulding General body repairs, interior70Trims, interior; Removing and installing sill panel moulding.
14. Remove bolt (9).
15. Unscrew bolt (10) from inside.
16. Remove door hinge (8) from A-pillar.
17. After assembly, carry out corrosion protection measures on hinge, bolts and conical nuts.
18. Keep to stipulated front door gaps 00Body panel gaps/shut lines; Body - front.
