Removing and installing door hinge — AUDI

🧭 Before you start

Fits: VW Caddy IV (SA, 2015–2020)

📋 Procedure

1. Unscrew nut (5) from hinge pin.
2. Remove bolt (6).
3. Remove upper door hinge (1).
4. Remove door .
5. Remove dash panel and assembly carrier General body repairs, interior70Central dash panel tube; Removing and installing central dash panel tube.

6. Unscrew bolt (3) from upper door hinge (2).
7. Unscrew bolt (4) from inside.
8. Remove door hinge (2) from A-pillar.
9. Remove door .
10. Unscrew bolts (11).
11. Remove lower door hinge (7).
12. Remove door .
13. Remove sill panel strip General body repairs, interior70Trims, interior; Removing and installing sill panel strips.
14. Unscrew bolt (10) from inside.
15. Remove lower door hinge (8) from A-pillar.
16. After assembly, carry out corrosion protection measures on hinge, bolts and conical nuts.
17. Observe door gaps/shut lines 00Body panel gaps/shut lines; Body - front.
