• Renewed: gasket

Don't miss

• Disregard (arrow).
• Renew gasket and O-rings.
• Do not reuse coolant.

📋 Procedure

1. Drain coolant .
2. Remove plenum chamber partition panel General body repairs, exterior50Bulkhead; Exploded view - plenum chamber partition panel.
3. Move clear hoses (2) at air pipe.
4. Loosen hose clips (1) and (3) and remove air pipe.
5. Remove air cleaner housing (right-side) .

6. Remove bolts (1) and (2).
7. Detach coolant pipe (right-side) from coolant hose connection. [Note: Disregard (arrow).]
8. Lift retaining clips (2, 3) and disconnect coolant hoses.
9. Remove bolts (arrows).
10. Detach clip (1) and detach coolant hose connection. [Note: Renew gasket and O-rings.]
11. Lubricate O-ring with coolant.
12. Connect coolant hose with plug-in connector .
13. Install coolant pipe (right-side) .
14. Install plenum chamber partition panel General body repairs, exterior50Bulkhead; Exploded view - plenum chamber partition panel. [Note: Do not reuse coolant.]
15. Fill up with coolant .
