Delete Your Account or Selected Data

Use this form to request deletion of your account, or selected data while keeping the account. We verify account ownership before processing; submitting this form does not immediately delete anything. This is also accessible from the mobile app via Profile → Delete account.

What gets deleted

• Your email, name and password (account record)
• All your chat history and saved diagnostics
• Account settings and garage/customer records where deletion is permitted; issued financial documents may need to be retained
• Stored uploaded photos and other personal content covered by your request
• Your VIN lookups and OBD search history

What we keep

• Anonymized aggregate statistics (no link to your identity)
• Payment and issued financial records where retention is required by applicable tax/accounting rules
• Limited backup copies until their normal rotation; they are not used as active account data

Cancel subscriptions separately

A deletion request does not cancel billing. Cancel Google Play or Apple subscriptions in your store subscription settings. For a subscription bought on our website, use your billing settings or contact support. One-time passes do not renew.
